01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and free365 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://free365.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and payment processing.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the free365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. Where applicable, Malaysian law and international gaming regulatory standards inform the interpretation of this Agreement.

02 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

Access to the free365 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. free365 enforces a strict21+ minimum age policy in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close relative of an employee or agent of free365 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other person or legal entity.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by free365 or any other gaming operator to which you remain subject.
• You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by free365 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting in accordance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money services on free365, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree that all information provided at registration — and subsequently — is truthful and accurate.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement. free365 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withold any winings or bonuses associated with them.

Withdrawal of funds from your Account requires successful completion of KYC verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian national identity document (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding the primary ID document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account) where requested.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. free365 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within30 days may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. free365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

free365 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method:

• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer — minimumRM20, typically instant.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — minimum RM30, typically instant via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating institutions.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — minimum RM20, typically instant.
• Boost eWallet — minimum RM20, typically instant.
• GrabPay — minimum RM20, typically instant.
• USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks) — minimum equivalent of RM50, typically 1–3 blockchain confirmations.
• Bitcoin (BTC) — minimum equivalent of RM100, subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal amounts (RM50 or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements in full before conversion to real money eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.
• free365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours. Requests during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours.
• free365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may delay processing.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

free365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and are incorporated into this Agreement.

• Bonuses are credited at the Company's discretion and may be withheld or reversed if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for free365 bonuses is ten times (10x) the bonus amount on qualifying games. Specific promotions may carry different requirements — always check the individual promotion page.
• Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is stated in the promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. A "new Player" is defined as an individual who has not previously held a registered Account on free365.
• The Birthday Bonus is available to Players who have completed KYC and hold an Active Account in good standing at the time of their birthday. Tier and amount are determined by the Player's VIP level as at7 days before their birthday date.
• The Referal Bonus is subject to the referred Player completing KYC and making a qualifying first deposit of at least RM50. Referral rewards are credited within 24 hours of eligibility being confirmed.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the free365 Platform operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer setups managed by licensed studio providers. The rules of individual games are displayed within the game interface and form part of this Agreement.

• Bets are final once confirmed. free365 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except demonstrable technical error on the Platform's part.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, the Company will endeavour to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the disruption. Where this is not possible, bets affected by the disruption will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded unless the event is rescheduled and commences within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, in which case bets will stand.
• free365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an odds error, system error, or where we reasonably suspect manipulation of the event or market.
• All displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Maximum win limits per event and per session may apply and will be communicated within the relevant betting markets or game interfaces.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the free365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets at clearly incorrect odds or in circumstances that constitute unfair exploitation.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or matched betting strategies that are designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gaming.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to obscure your actual geographic location.
• Conducting or facilitating any transaction that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transfering your Account credentials or balance to any third party.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the free365 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphic assets, game, logos, trademarks, trade names, page layouts, text, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of free365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of free365.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, free365, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if free365 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, system failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or commentary provided on the Platform for purposes other than placing wagers in the normal course of gaming.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, free365's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, your real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal conditions.

free365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the21+ age requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 or more months.
• Regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request.

In cases of closure for breach of these Terms, free365 reserves the right to withold bonus funds and associated winings. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned following completion of required compliance procedures.

12 Responsible Gambling

free365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and complying with applicable responsible gaming standards. We offer the following player protection tools, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account and be excluded from re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.
• Reality Check — Regular on-screen prompts showing session duration and net win/loss.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which free365 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent free365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to enforce any payment obligationowed by a Player to the Company.

14 Amendments

free365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial obligations, or account eligibility in a substantive way — we will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice via registered email address or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Minor updates (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or additions of new payment methods) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the free365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
